Pavilijon Coffee started from a simple dream: to bring the warmth, flavours, and hospitality of Indonesia to the heart of Warsaw.What began as an idea slowly became real through countless decisions, from finding the right location and choosing the coffee beans to developing signature drinks inspired by home, such as Indonesian latte, coconut coffee, and gula aren-based creations.But Pavilijon is more than just a coffee shop. It is a meeting place where Indonesians, Poles, and international communities can connect, share stories, and experience a small piece of Indonesia.Our ambition is to grow Pavilijon into an Indonesian hub in Central and Eastern Europe starting with coffee, food, community events, and partnerships, while creating new opportunities for Indonesian products and culture in the region.
